En esta oportunidad me sumo a la iniciativa Ladies of hive community contest #141 el cuál toca uno de mis temas favoritos, los sueños. Las preguntas a responder son las siguientes:

1️⃣¿Tienes sueños recurrentes? ¿Qué crees que están tratando de decirte?

2️⃣¿Qué legado te gustaría dejar por lo que la gente te recuerde después de que te hayas ido?

Aquí mis respuestas:

¿Tienes sueños recurrentes? ¿Qué crees que están tratando de decirte?

Constantemente recuerdo mis sueños y la verdad es un tema que me interesa bastante, y los he estudiado e incluso he ido a terapia psicológicas con analistas junguianos que se interesan por los sueños. Podría decir que he tenido todo tipo de sueños, pero si tuviese que escoger uno que sea recurrente sería el de subir escaleras y abrir puertas. Me he visto subiendo o bajando escaleras, intentando abrir puertas, o puertas en medio de un bosque.

Le he buscado significado, pues de alguna manera cuando sueño con esto, pasa algo a nivel laboral y de alguna manera me preparo. Si voy subiendo quiere decir que tendré éxito en algo, así sea pequeño, buenos clientes, publicidad, una buena venta o buena comunicación con mis socios.

En cambio si voy bajando, me pasa generalmente que discuto con mis socios al punto de no querer verlos o desear estar sola en mi negocio.

Y pues bueno, puede ser muy básico, pero es recurrente. Por eso ya le tengo significado o asociación y estoy preparada durante el dia o la semana.

¿Qué legado te gustaría dejar por lo que la gente te recuerde después de que te hayas ido?

Una de mis pasiones es dar clase de teatro, en mis clases enseño a muchas personas a reconocer sus propias emociones, a conectar con su cuerpo, y hacer arte con el. Creo que una de las cosas por la que me gustaría ser recordada sería esa semillita que he dejado en cada uno de mis estudiantes. Reconocer las alegrías y las tristezas, identificarlas e interpretarlas al punto de crear mimesis con la naturaleza misma, arte. Y que el público que vea a mis estudiantes o me vea interpretando alguna obra, logré conectar y generar catarsis. Creo que el arte es una manera de dejar algo en el mundo, y mi manera es esa, a través del Teatro. 🎭 Bien sea para generar una risa o una reflexión.

Here are my answers:

Do you have any recurring dreams? What do you think they are trying to say to you?

I constantly remember my dreams and the truth is a topic that interests me quite a lot, and I have studied them and even gone to psychological therapy with Jungian analysts who are interested in dreams. I could say that I have had all kinds of dreams, but if I had to choose one that is recurrent it would be that of climbing stairs and opening doors. I have seen myself going up or down stairs, trying to open doors, or doors in the middle of a forest.

I have been looking for meaning, because somehow when I dream about this, something happens at work and somehow I get ready. If I go up it means that I will succeed in something, even if it is small, good clients, advertising, a good sale or good communication with my partners.

On the other hand, if I go down, it usually happens that I argue with my partners to the point of not wanting to see them or wanting to be alone in my business.

And well, it may be very basic, but it is recurrent. That's why I already have meaning or association and I'm ready during the day or the week.

What legacy would you like people to remember you after you're gone?

One of my passions is teaching theater class, in my classes I teach many people to recognize their own emotions, to connect with their body, and make art with it. I think one of the things I would like to be remembered for would be that little seed that I have left in each of my students. Recognize the joys and sorrows, identify and interpret them to the point of creating mimesis with nature itself, art. And for the audience to see my students or see me performing some work, I managed to connect and generate catharsis. I think art is a way to leave something in the world, and that's my way, through theater. 🎭 Either to generate a laugh or a reflection.
