Delicious mango and parchita juice (Esp-Eng)

Hola amigos de esta comunidad, en los tiempos de antes yo consumía mucho un helado que se suelen hacer de frutas y por la forma que tienen cuando los ponen en una bolsa plástica, las llaman tetas. Yo solía comprar bastantes porque era fan y me ayudaban mucho con el calor. Había variedades de sabores, pero siempre me gustaban las de frutas combinadas de mango y parchitas. Como a mi mamá le regalaron unos mangos verdes y en la nevera había parchita, no dudé en hacer este delicioso jugo y presentarlo aquí en @amazingdrinks.

Hello friends of this community, in the old days I used to eat a lot of ice cream that is usually made of fruits and because of the shape they have when they are put in a plastic bag, they are called tits. I used to buy a lot of them because I was a fan and they helped me a lot with the heat. There were a variety of flavors, but I always liked the mango and parchita combination fruit ones. Since my mom was given some green mangoes as a gift and in the fridge there was parchita, I didn't hesitate to make this delicious juice and present it here on @amazingdrinks.

Para empezar a preparar este delicioso y refrescante jugo, lo primero que hago es lavar, pelar y cortar los mangos en trozos. Los pongo a cocer con bastante agua hasta que estén blandos. Este paso lo hago el día anterior.

Luego lavo las parchitas y las corto por la mitad.

En la licuadora pongo medio litro de agua, el mango cocido con su agua, la pulpa de las parchitas, el azúcar y la vainilla, para esta cantidad pongo 1/2 taza de azúcar, eso es al gusto de cada quien, así como el agua, a mi me suele gustar que el jugo de mango quede espeso como carato.

Licúo hasta que esté muy bien mezclado, luego cuelo y listo. Con esta cantidad tuve suficiente para 04 vasos.

Hola @alejandrorh, me encanta la parchita, es una de mis frutas favoritas. El mango verde también me encanta y si te lo comes con un poquito de sal pues es delicioso jajajajaja. Si, recuerdo los helados de tetas de todas las frutas, lo mejor pal calorcito. Este jugo se ve delicioso, buena combinación, muchas gracias por compartirlo. Salud! por esta bebida increíble.

Esta combinación de maracuyá y mango es deliciosa, me encanta por su sabor acidito y de paso, también además de jugo, he probado esta mezcla en las populares tetas, buena esa hermano.
