Hola queridos amigos, Dios los bendiga, hoy quise aprovechar unos topochos verdes que tenia y hacer unos tostones. quedan bastante sabrosos y puede comerse solos o acompañar cualquier plato.

Primero pelamos los topochos con un cuchillo, luego procedemos a cortarlo en rueditas delgadas, y las colocamos en un envace son sufieciente agua y sal al gusto.
