Macaroni au gratin after a long time/久しぶりのマカロニグラタン/[ENG/JPN]

I haven't made macaroni au gratin in a very long time, so I photographed it.
Now that I have photographed it, I would like to write an article about it.

The very first time I made it, I made just a hot salad.
It had broccoli and pumpkin in it and I was going to have that for dinner.

ものすごく久しぶりにマカロニグラタンを作ったので撮影しました。
撮影したので、記事にしたいと思います。

一番最初は、ただのホットサラダを作ったのでした。
ブロッコリーやかぼちゃの入ったもので、夕飯にそれを食べようと思っていたのです。

But I was reading an article in the foodphotography tag on HIVE.
Many people were posting that vegetable dishes are delicious when served with grains.
And the dishes in all the pictures looked so delicious.

That made me want to rapidly add grains too.
I looked for them and found that I had stocked up on macaroni.
This is a good set of ingredients.

けれど、HIVEのfoodphotographyタグの記事を読んでいたら
多くの方が「野菜料理に穀物を添えて食べると美味しいですよ」とポストしていました。
そして、どの写真のお料理もとても美味しそうだったんですよ。

それで私も急激に穀物類を追加したくなりました。
探してみたら、マカロニをストックしていたのを見つけました。
これは良い素材が揃いました。

I didn't have melted cheese, but I did have powdered cheese in the fridge.
It made a delicious macaroni au gratin that was not too rich.

I would love to make this type of oven-grilled dish at camp.
I have a Dutch oven, albeit a small one.
So far, I have only used the Dutch oven to make steamed vegetables.
I would like to make this type of grill and bake bread.

とろけるチーズはなかったのですが、粉チーズが冷蔵庫にありました。
あまりこってりしすぎない、美味しいマカロニグラタンが出来上がりました。

こういうオーブンでグリルするタイプの料理を是非ともキャンプで作りたいものです。
小さめのものですが、ダッチオーブンを持っています。
今までダッチオーブンでは、蒸し野菜を作るしかやっていません。
この様なグリルを作ったり、パンを焼いたりしたいです。
