醤油だれを入れて、少し煮詰めます。
このぐつぐつ感がたまらなく良いです。
お醤油が煮えたり焦げたりする香りは、日本人は大抵好きな気がします。
美味しそう、と感じます。
焼きおにぎりや炊き込みご飯もそうだと思います。
お餅も、焼きながらお醤油が焦げる香りがしたら美味しそうと感じます。
この情報はDNAに入っているのでしょうか…。
海外の色々な国でも、同じ様に感じる香りがきっとあるのでしょう。
「この香りがしたらお腹がぐーっと鳴ってしまう」というような。
少し火を弱めて、もう少し煮詰めます。
お醤油が煮詰められて、良い色になってきました。
べっこう色？ってこんな色でしょうか。
今回のこの料理をする前に、インターネットのレシピを調べました。
すると、バター焼きというと、本当にバターしか使わないものが結構ありました。
私は思い込みで「バター焼きと言えばお醤油を入れるもの」と思っていました。
バター醤油が美味しいからですね（笑）
でも、バター焼き、つまりバターソテーであれば、確かに醤油は要りません。
何方かと言えば、小麦粉を魚の表面にはたいておくレシピをよく見ました。
その方がバターがよく絡んで美味しく仕上がるのかな。
レシピを読んで、そういうことを思い浮かべるのは楽しいです。
お醤油の良い香りの中に、バターを入れる準備をしましょう。

全国的に強い冬の嵐がやってきて、寒い日曜日になりました。
早朝は雪が舞っていて、ウォーキングへいく時間を少し後ろへずらしました。
でも、結局お昼前ごろウォーキング中にも雪は少しですが降りました。
それでも太陽が出ていたので、それだけでだいぶ気持ちが違いますね。
