お魚を食べよう！19-ブリ（イナダ）のエスニック風味揚げ【Let's eat fish!Fried yellowtail with ethnic flavor】/My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2021
今回もじっくりとイナダを揚げていきます。
急ぐと焦げてしまいます。
ゆっくり丁寧に火を通すと、外はさくっと、中身はジューシーに仕上がります。
そんなふうに作りたいと思います。
この程よく外側が焦げた感じがなんとも言えないですね。
食欲をそそります。
日本に「揚げ物」が伝わったのは8世紀から9世紀ころだそうです。
奈良・平安時代らしいです。
随分昔に伝わってきていたのですね！
この時は今のような「おかず」じゃなかったそうです。
米粉を練ってあげた「唐菓子」として紹介されました。
お菓子だったのですね。
鎌倉時代には精進料理として「揚げ物」が伝来したみたいですよ。
室町時代にポルトガルから天ぷらが伝わったとのこと。
これも南蛮からの食べ物だったのですね！
江戸時代には天ぷらが大流行して庶民の口にも入るようになります。
それまでは油の精製技術もなかったので、揚げ物を作るのが難しかったらしいです。
今はこうして揚げ物を手軽に楽しめて良い時代になりました。
さて、塩だれに漬けておいた野菜を取り出します。
揚げたイナダを盛り付けていきましょう。
盛り付けはいつも心躍ります。
お皿を選ぶのも楽しい（お皿は少ししか持っていませんが）

今日はそれほど寒くもなく、晴れて穏やかな日でした。
実は今日は国家試験（資格試験）の受験日でした。
穏やかな天候の中、早朝出かけていって、夕方帰宅しました。
