I love the variety of topics you talk about here. That you start with feeding talking about bananas and end up talking about the aura and the mind I loved, your article is a very entertaining tour to go through.

I'm glad you mentioned mindful eating. Right now people live so fast that they don't take the time to concentrate on eating anymore, many eat watching TV or doing other activities, something that is not healthy. I think it's very valuable that you brought it up here.
