The Knowledge Gap - La Brecha del Conociminto

The first law in the book The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth by John C. Maxwell is the Law of Intentionality. In it he mentions the Knowledge Gap. This gap is essentially the difference between that what we know and what we need to know in order to grow. Unfortunately, many people haven't recognized this gap yet, which hinders them from fulfilling their full potential.

La primera ley en el libro Las 15 Leyes Indispensables del Crecimiento de John C. Maxwell es la Ley de la Intencionalidad. En ella él menciona la Brecha de Conocimiento. Esta brecha es básicamente la diferencia entre aquello que sabemos y aquello que necesitamos saber para crecer. Desafortunadamente, muchas personas aún no han reconocido esta brecha, lo que les impide alcanzar su máximo potencial.

To close this gap, we need to adopt a growth mindset. That means being open to learning and actively seeking opportunities for growth. Reading, attending seminars, finding mentors, or taking courses are some of the things that can help with personal development.

Para cerrar esta brecha, necesitamos adoptar una mentalidad de crecimiento. Eso significa estar abierto al aprendizaje y buscar activamente oportunidades de crecimiento. Leer, asistir a seminarios, encontrar mentores o tomar cursos son algunas de las cosas que pueden ayudar con el desarrollo personal.

In summary, it can be said that closing the knowledge gap means acknowledging our limitations and actively seeking ways to expand our knowledge and skills. Embrace this mentality, take action, and witness your personal development.

En resumen, se puede decir que cerrar la brecha de conocimiento implica reconocer nuestras limitaciones y buscar activamente formas de ampliar nuestros conocimientos y habilidades. Acepta esta mentalidad, toma acción y contempla tu desarrollo personal.
