Amor, perseverancia y aguante (Es/En)

Feliz tarde mis queridos amigos de Hive, cómo de costumbre les envío un cálido saludo y un genuino deseo de que cada uno de ustedes se encuentre bien. Hoy me uno al reto que nuestra bella @angelica7 nos propone para humanizar a la motivación. Temas como estos me llegan como anillo al dedo ya que hay momentos en los que quiero desistir de alcanzar una meta, sin embargo, este tipo de ejercicios me ayuda a permanecer firme en mis determinaciones. Espero que sea de su agrado leer mi publicación 😉

Today, I am joining the challenge that our beautiful @angelica7 has proposed to humanize motivation. Topics like these are right up my alley, as there are times when I want to give up on reaching a goal, but exercises like this help me stay firm in my resolve. I hope you enjoy reading my post 😉

Para comenzar voy a describir con mis propias palabras lo que considero que es la motivación. Siento que es la fuerza interna que te impulsa a hacer lo que deseas, es como el motor en acción de un deseo, meta o sueño. Estar motavidos en sentirse con esa energía de lograr lo que anhelamos. Me llama mucho la atención de que hay personas que su motor para hacer las cosas son otras personas, por ejemplo, algunos padres sienten que el corazón de su motivación son sus hijos y esto es hermoso. He visto lo que muchos padres hacen con esmero impulsados por el amor a sus hijos. Claro está, no quiero decir con esto que nuestra motivación debe depender de otros, solo quiero destacar que cuando el fundamento de la motivación es el amor llega a ser una fuerza imparable.

En el caso de quienes no tenemos hijos, la motivación continúa siendo una fuerza que lamentablemente a veces se debilita. Hay muchos factores que conllevan a esta situación, puede que al ver que pese a nuestros esfuerzos constantes y el paso del tiempo no alcancemos lo que deseamos, esto genera una serie de emociones negativas que van socavando esa fuerza y hasta nos demos por vencido. Tal vez una secuencia de muchos intentos fallidos también nos desgaste y haga que nos invada el desánimo, no obstante, hay que evaluar bien los pasos que estamos dando porque es posible que estemos dando golpes al aire por establecernos metas poco realistas o nos estemos saltando algún paso importante.

To begin with, I will describe in my own words what I consider motivation to be. I feel that it is the internal force that drives you to do what you want; it is like the engine that powers a desire, goal, or dream. Being motivated means feeling that energy to achieve what we long for. It strikes me that there are people whose driving force for doing things is other people. For example, some parents feel that their children are the heart of their motivation, and this is beautiful. I have seen what many parents do with care, driven by love for their children. Of course, I do not mean that our motivation should depend on others. I just want to emphasize that when the foundation of motivation is love, it becomes an unstoppable force.

For those of us who do not have children, motivation continues to be a force that unfortunately sometimes weakens. There are many factors that lead to this situation. Perhaps seeing that, despite our constant efforts and the passage of time, we do not achieve what we desire generates a series of negative emotions that undermine that force and even cause us to give up. Perhaps a sequence of many failed attempts also wears us down and causes us to become discouraged. However, we must carefully evaluate the steps we are taking because we may be floundering by setting unrealistic goals or skipping important steps.

Ahora bien, si la motivación fuera una persona, sin duda alguna, esa persona sería muy amorosa. El amor nunca falla y cuando es genuino en todo en su esplendor jamás se rendirá. Así que, la primera característica de esa persona llamada motivación es el amor, la fuerza con mucho poder, sin embargo, no se quedaría solo siendo amorosa sino que sería perseverante, esto implica constancia y disciplina para llegar al puerto deseado aunque no hayan vientos a favor. La perseverancia basada en el amor en una flecha veloz que dará en el blanco en su debido momento.

Los primeros intentos de esta persona llamada motivación pueden ser poco certeros pero como otra característica sería el aguante, permanecería en su camino a pesar de los embates del tiempo. El amor, la perseverancia y el aguante serían tres de las principales características de esa persona llamada motivación pero mi mente se traslada de una vez a una persona real "Mi Papá". Créanme que es la motivación en persona, mi papá es el ejemplo idóneo de la motivación. Es un ser humano increíble que movido por el amor, permanece en el derrotero que desea alcanzar y aguanta con paciencia cuando las cosas no salen cómo él deseaba. Mi papá sabe cuando actuar, cuando seguir o simplemente cuando retirarse de algún proyecto. Él es mi modelo de motivación.

Now, if motivation were a person, that person would undoubtedly be very loving. Love never fails, and when it is genuine in all its splendor, it will never give up. So, the first characteristic of that person called motivation is love, a force with great power. However, it would not remain only loving but would also be persevering, which implies constancy and discipline to reach the desired destination even when the winds are not favorable. Perseverance based on love is a swift arrow that will hit the target at the right moment.

The first attempts of this person called motivation may be inaccurate, but as another characteristic would be endurance, they would remain on their path despite the ravages of time. Love, perseverance, and endurance would be three of the main characteristics of that person called motivation, but my mind immediately turns to a real person, "My Dad." Believe me, he is motivation personified. My dad is the perfect example of motivation. He is an incredible human being who, driven by love, stays on the path he wants to follow and perseveres patiently when things don't go as he hoped. My dad knows when to act, when to continue, or simply when to withdraw from a project. He is my role model for motivation.

Después de escribir detalladamente las características de lo que sería la motivación personificada y además traer al tema un ejemplo de unser humano real, sé que yo también puedo llegar a ser así y de verdad que al escribir está publicación me sentí capaz de ser una persona con motivación.

After writing in detail about the characteristics of what personified motivation would be like and also bringing up an example of a real human being, I know that I too can become like that, and honestly, while writing this post, I felt capable of being a motivated person.
