Onboarding en masse?

I've read on the post of @theycallmedan that YouTube has banned hundreds of free speach accounts.

For this reason 3Speak was created where those accounts would have the freedom of saying what they want without the fear of being banned.

Does anybody remember what @partiko did for adult content creators who where banned from Tumblr? If I understand correctly @partiko archived their blogs and invited them to Steem en masse.

Would this be possible with 3Speak?
