Ego Vs Attitude

Again i chose this topic for a reason. I used to think that the people who live in Attitude are the one with a big Ego. Hmm, actually i always mix up attitude and ego. But there is quite a huge difference between the two theories. Yes i do believe Ego is correlated with attitude but what i think is there are two types of Attitude, Good Attitude and Bad Attitude. And Ego is the minor part of a bad attitude. Am i making sense? i hope i am and if not then it's fine. :P

Well if i explain the theory of attitude with this example it might make some sense? so let's suppose Attitude is like a continent and ego is a small country of that continent. We always make assumptions the people with big egoistic attitude are the bad people. But as I've mentioned before good and bad attitude. We can be good and can do better if we approach a good attitude.

I have seen people with disconcerted minds they can't differentiate between attitude and ego so this example was for them. To be honest I, myself also in a learning process i do try to clutch good things where I find them. Like before writing on this topic I actually did some research and i found some diamonds while i was reading about it. I will try my level best to cover this topic pretty nicely.

Every egoistic person has an attitude but its not mandatory that a person who has an attitude will also have an ego. So its all depends on us how we want to present ourselves. A person with a good attitude or a person with an egoistic bad attitude. Let's talk about what exactly is the definition of Attitude and ego. Attitude is like what we think about things or how we feel or respond to any situation. But when it comes to an Ego then it's all about self-esteem and self-importance. Egoistic people always think about their self-esteem and self-importance.

If i have a right attitude i will think or respond to things positively for example if i want to achieve something in my life and if i will approach my goals with the right attitude it would like No matter what i will win. But if i have ego then i will be like no one can beat me. Overconfidence with egoistic personality is not going to take me anywhere.

Live your life like a king or queen not like everyone else is your slave. I want to live my life like a queen i want to stay humble no matter what is situation i don't want to get overconfident i want to achieve my each and every goal with a right attitude.

Ego is our unhealthy belief which makes us feel very special. It converts our confidence into arrogance, rudeness. Just to get short term satisfaction we can kill our long term goals with a wrong approach or egoistic attitude.

Let's divide the human struggle with their life goals into three stages.
The first stage is striving stage. The striving stage is an initial stage that's where we're all struggling to get our life goals. A stage where we have set some goals and we are working hard for them. Second stage is success. You have achieved your goals successfully and now you are a successful person in your life. And the third stage is failure we tried to achieve our goals but we failed.

But the most interesting fact is among those three stages our ego, our ego is always there to destroy everything :P. Yes, let's suppose i am at first stage aspiring stage and i set a certain goal. I will be very determined first few days and i am telling everyone about my goals and bragging everywhere and saying no pain no gain but i am actually spending my more energy on impressing other people rather than working on my main goal. What would happen? In just a few days i would get tired and will stop working on my goal. All happened because of my wrong approach with the wrong attitude. I spent my all energy to convince others that i am doing blah blah but behind the scene, i am actually not.
Moral Instead of showing off work hard for your dreams.

there is a saying

Work hard in silence and shock them with your results.

Why did we fail at our first stage? because of ego yes we always give importance to people what they think about us so we put our all energy into showing off and impressing people. just talking to show off is not required because what is required to achieve our goals is our time and mental power with the right attitude. But what we were doing? we were using the same time and same mental energy to impress people. Instead of bragging and showing off about your goals use that energy to accomplish your goals.

Arrgh, my post is getting too long let me precise it.

If you are at your succeeding stage then try to stay humble instead of being too overconfident.

But if you are at the failing stage then try to choose a better way to survive rather than bad. Let me explain this with an example. Once my father told me a story that in his hospital one doctor made a huge mistake we gave him two options first resign as professor doctor and work as an assistant professor. Or else he can resign and leave. He didn't choose both options he chose the third one and that was Fighting.
He wasted his time, money. why? because of his Ego Because acceptance is very hard for many people. If only we can learn to accept things gracefully we can save ourself from troubles. So my baba(father) taught me the importance of acceptance.

We all need to learn the difference between Ego and Attitude. I tried to explain it a bit and i hope i did it well.
