I Haven't Gotten A Good Sleep Today

Last night when we came home from my dialysis I just requested my mother to fix me one hard-boiled egg, a toasted piece of bun, and a thinned-out coffee as my supper.

I thought that I should eat at least some protein because the dialysis process took out some needed protein compounds in my blood so I just have to replace it plus also to support my protein and dietary and caloric needs for that matter.

I have for now gotten the liking of eating hard-boiled egg in particular because the yolk tastes nutty for me. I like it newly cooked, still warm and soft.

But I couldn't have much of eggs because of its phosphorus content because I can't afford to elevate my phosphorus in my body as it was the culprit to my hyperparathyroid condition. That is why I am taking phosphate binder everytime I would eat.

But phosphate binders like Renvela is just too expensive to take everytime I would eat so I just decided to just eat once a day since I am not moving around much anymore here on my bed because of my aching joints especially to my backbone and feet plus I am suffering from a marked weakness of an unknown origin so walking is just impossible even sitting is just too hard to do.

Life still continues for me and hopefully I can be able to sleep good again this evening. It is hot again but yesterday it was cooler because of the thunderstorms. God bless you all my friends.
