My boss requested me cooking fish with rice. It is called SAYADEYA

Preparation was made up of 4 big onions and 1/2 kilo fillet fish. Fry the onions until dark brown. The original version of this recipe would be black in color so they have to fried the onion ito a little black. But my version is like a golden brown color. Fry the fish and also the garlic.After fryoig, removed excess oil and put to a casserole with enough water according to the rice quantity you want to cook. Add bay leaves, cinnamon stick, coriander, cardamom, and dried lemon. Bring it all to boil add rice.
