My 2nd day back at work!

So yesterday it was my second day back at work after a 2 week holiday for the festive period. Back to the getting up early and soensing the day at work. Once im back in the routine it will become easier.

I have been making a new product called Zig Stix. It is a very soft rubber, sausage like shape. They are very buoyant and also made with very bright colours. They are designed to be cut in to slices by the fishermen and added to their rig.

This is the mix of powder that ive been using. Its made of a soft rubbwr compound mixed with 2 blowung agents, parafin, and colour masterbatch. Recently we have beed adding another compound that makes the plastic biodegrade faster.

This is how they look once they are made.

As you can see they come out on a rail so they are all together .

Once they are picked out they are added to the collection bag. Any defective ones go in the bin.
