when he tries to exchange old steem with new steem tokens, do you think other witnesses would be onboard to not to update their witness code hence effectively rejecting the change? I believe you, ausbitbank and followbtcnews (somehow connected via the minnowbooster projects) are already 3 out of the 50 "town hall" people that can reject such change... and does your witness node have an rpc node URL thingy?
