Damn that escalated quickly looks like we have a bit of a Mexican stand off between the witnesses and JS! I don’t know much about the history but I’m assuming as stated the pre-mine would become less and less over time as they sell it to maintain their costs of running steemit inc

Then instead opted for ads to get some income too and now with Justin he doesn’t need to sell it he can sit on it because his already cash rich

So much question is to keep the promises should he continue to be selling, airdropping to new users for onboarding, delegating to dapps? Burning it?

I mean sitting on a nuke and promising never to use it is one thing but disarming it is another altogether
