Alaska ❄ Wintermas

Happy Wintermas Everyone!
Yep winter is here in the northern
hemisphere of Alaska.
It started late, no snow till first week
of December. Usually snows for Halloween.
Well there was a dusting before the big dump!
This week we got a southern flow with
rain and wind after 18 inches of heavy snow.
The power has been popping off like popcorn!
Now there is water on ice slicker than snail snot!

Oh! Where did you get all the snow from!! Amazing quantity all over the place! It’s all white!! I’ll get lost in this landscape!! Can’t see anything else! LoL
Stuff gets buried and not found till spring, road signs get covered
and can't see the names! lol
Right now most of it got rained on and shrunk to half its size!
I hope you don’t have to use a submarine to tunnel through the snow mountains!
Terrific photos @shasta and it looks like a winter wonderland!! I think I will enjoy seeing the snow there and not want so much here..lol. That beautiful flower was a lovely insert btw! 😉 💖

We got a lot of rain there after and half of the
white stuff shrunk down to a icy mess lol
