烙土豆饼，今天一直挺忙的，小孩下午要吃烙饼我就学着抖音视频做的，味道还行，模具是上次在超市买皂液送的，刚好派上用场。很简单准备2个土豆半碗面粉和一个鸡蛋加点葱花搅拌均匀加点盐和五香粉再搅拌一下就可以了，把锅中油烧热把模具放下去再把调好的土豆糊倒进模具煎两边金黄就可以吃了
