如果有一千万，你要怎么花

最近，公司不忙没啥项目做，不务正业的时间多了，于是上班期间，我也没闲着，就开始做有钱的白日梦。比如，要是有一千万，我该怎么花？

先把工作辞了，再买个学区房，换个新车，然后找个地球仪研究下可以去哪个国家，晒个太阳喝杯咖啡......

如果是你，你也这么想吗？不不不，怎么说我也是看了几本金融学、理财书的，怎么能这么low的思考问题。

一千万这么花，没一两个月生活就又回归贫穷了。我得思考一千万能不能构建一个“财务自由”的系统，你不能一直花钱后面还得“赚钱”，最舒服的赚钱姿势当然就是“躺赚”，我可以用着一千万来构建一个“躺赚”方式，给自己未来能产生无限稳定的现金流，即获得“可持续的财务自由”的状态。

比如这拿着一千万去做稳健的投资，获得4%的年化收益应该不是难事，4%的年化一年就是“躺赚”40万，这40万在武汉是完全可以支撑你不上班的生活开支，获得“自由状态”。

多么美的梦啊，我是不是该思考怎么能有一千万？醒醒吧，我还是思考哪些事情，哪些投资可以让自己“小小躺赚”来得实在。
