就真的會「心想事成」
因為，把注意力擺在「恐懼」。

所以，要覺察
覺察自己現在關注的是什麼？

當覺察自己關注放在「恐懼」
問自己
我要關注什麼，
才會離我的「目標/想要的」更近？

是不是很有道理？
