Weekend Recap

Hi Friends,

I had a good weekend and hope you did as well.

On Saturday morning, I picked up an outdoor playhouse for the kids and then assembled it. The kids had fun for a bit, and Jacob and I went swimming in a neighbors pool to beat the heat while Kendra took a nap. In the afternoon, some family came over to hang out and we ended up playing a game on PS 4 named Overcooked - it was pretty fun! Anybody here that has played it?

On Sunday, my mom came over in the morning and we spent some time outside. We came in for lunch and then played some games.. Monopoly Junior was the hit. When my mom left, we took some Sunday afternoon naps and played in the house in the afternoon. My wife made salmon and green beans for dinner, then we played outside until bath/bedtime.

Overall, not a bad weekend and a refreshing one!
