Weekend Recap

Hi Friends,

I had a nice weekend, and hope each of you did as well.

On Saturday, we did some chores around the house, including washing the cars, yard work and hair cuts. We did have some fun outside in the kiddie pool for a couple of hours and played inside quite a bit when we weren’t outside staying wet. One fun thing was that I put Kendra’s car seat in my truck and took her for her first ride! Her car seat is in the front so she can see virtually the same as the driver, which was quite fun for her!

On Sunday, we went to church in the morning and came home and played inside before lunch. After lunch, Kendra went down for a nap, and Jacob got a special treat as I brought out the old PlayStation video game system for a little bit - he had a good time! We then played outside in the afternoon, getting wet and riding bikes before having a pizza dinner.
