Weekend Recap
Hi Friends,
I had a restful weekend and hope each of you did as well!
On Friday night, the kids were super tired so went to bed a little early which meant my wife and I had more time to relax and catch up on some TV with a glass of wine.. a good start to the weekend!
On Saturday, we headed up to my parents in law’s house to spend some time with them for most of the weekend. We had a traffic free drive, which is always nice and rather rare in the Los Angeles area. We spent the day playing with the kids at their house, going on a golf cart ride (Jake rode his bike around), and snuck in a few holes of golf while we were at it. We finished the day with a nice steak and potatoes dinner - always my favorite!
On Sunday, we went out to a big breakfast - so big that I didn’t even eat lunch! We went on a walk to get some time outside, and then played inside the rest of the day as it heated up after that. It was a relaxing day and we had the golf match on in the background as well as the Little League World Series. We headed home after dinner, and I feel ready for the week ahead.

It's good that you had a relaxing weekend, my weekend was also very good, although there is a lot of rain that didn't let me leave my home.
