Health Department Says Cannabis Dispensaries Can Stay Open
As more businesses look to shut down voluntarily or be forced to shut down by the government, it has caused anxiety with many wondering whether or not their favorite places will still be open for business in the near future.
This includes dispensaries that bring medicine to millions of people around the United States, Canada, and elsewhere.
When city officials said that 'nonessential businesses' had to be closed, at first many took this to include cannabis dispensaries.
Dispensaries are essential for those coming to them for medicine.
This business is essential for them. Without getting their medicine it could mean that many are in a great deal of pain and suffering.
There is no need to put that ordering pressure on cannabis delivery services and mail order cannabis companies, when it doesn't need to be that way.
Cannabis dispensaries can still remain open for either quick pickup or delivery.
Despite the announcement from some health officials, there are a great number of dispensaries that have now been shut down. These are businesses in the United States and Canada, who have now temporarily closed their doors because of COVID19. Depending on how long they are closed for, some of them might not re-open, and that is the case with many small businesses right now who are uncertain about what the near future holds.
People have understandably been trying to stock up on medicine now with the threat of their trusty dispensaries soon unnecessarily coming to a close. Whether or not those shops close their doors should be a decision made by the owner and not one forced onto them by the state.
nice they stay open 4 pick up!
24/7 is the next business model, this will keep the masses from waiting in line as people form around city blocks, waiting to stock up on their necessary cannabis stack for our self isolation requirement to save the world from COC-19
