Cannabis For Survival??

Hey everyone, I have been growing this incredible plant for many years, never before have I seen them do this, but I am really loving it!

The buds are a glorious bright green and surrounding leaves yellow. The plants relative to the others smell much more pungent and amazing. I will certainly grow more plants from the seed of this plant!

Hemp is a fantastic renewable, sustainable product that I feel could really help solve many global issues, I did a little research check out more here as per wikipedia:

Hemp, or industrial hemp, is a strain of the Cannabis sativa plant species that is grown specifically for the industrial uses of its derived products.[1] It is one of the fastest growing plants[2] and was one of the first plants to be spun into usable fiber 10,000 years ago.[3] It can be refined into a variety of commercial items, including paper, textiles, clothing, biodegradable plastics, paint, insulation, biofuel, food, and animal feed.[4][5]

Although cannabis as a drug and industrial hemp both derive from the species Cannabis sativa and contain the psychoactive component tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), they are distinct strains with unique phytochemical compositions and uses.[6] Hemp has lower concentrations of THC and higher concentrations of cannabidiol (CBD), which decreases or eliminates its psychoactive effects.[6] The legality of industrial hemp varies widely between countries. Some governments regulate the concentration of THC and permit only hemp that is bred with an especially low THC content.[7][8]

My plan not to make clothes, I will make some amazing medicine with this though, CBD and THC oil more here as per wikipedia:

Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is one of at least 113 cannabinoids identified in cannabis. THC is the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis. With chemical name (−)-trans-Δ⁹-tetrahydrocannabinol, the term THC also refers to cannabinoid isomers. Like most pharmacologically active secondary metabolites of plants, THC is a lipid found in cannabis,[9] assumed to be involved in the plant's self-defense, putatively against insect predation, ultraviolet light, and environmental stress.[10][11][12]

THC, along with its double bond isomers and their stereoisomers[13], is one of only three cannabinoids scheduled by the UN Convention on Psychotropic Substances (the other two are dimethylheptylpyran and parahexyl). It was listed under Schedule I in 1971, but reclassified to Schedule II in 1991 following a recommendation from the WHO. Based on subsequent studies, the WHO has recommended the reclassification to the less-stringent Schedule III.[14] Cannabis as a plant is scheduled by the Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (Schedule I and IV). It is specifically still listed under Schedule I by US federal law[15] under the Controlled Substances Act for having "no accepted medical use" and "lack of accepted safety". However, dronabinol is a synthetic form of THC approved by the FDA as an appetite stimulant for people with AIDS and antiemetic for people receiving chemotherapy.[16] The pharmaceutical formulation dronabinol is an oily resin provided in capsules available by prescription in the United States, Canada, Germany, and New Zealand.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a phytocannabinoid discovered in 1940. It is one of 113 identified cannabinoids in cannabis plants and accounts for up to 40% of the plant's extract.[7] As of 2019, clinical research on cannabidiol included studies of anxiety, cognition, movement disorders, and pain, but there is insufficient, high-quality evidence that it is effective for these conditions.[8][9]

Cannabidiol can be taken into the body in multiple ways, including by inhalation of cannabis smoke or vapor, as an aerosol spray into the cheek, and by mouth. It may be supplied as CBD oil containing only CBD as the active ingredient (no included tetrahydrocannabinol [THC] or terpenes), a full-plant CBD-dominant hemp extract oil, capsules, dried cannabis, or as a prescription liquid solution.[2][9] CBD does not have the same psychoactivity as THC,[10][11] and may change the effects of THC on the body if both are present.[7][10][12][13] As of 2018, the mechanism of action for its putative biological effects has not been determined.[10][12]

In the United States, the cannabidiol drug Epidiolex was approved by the Food and Drug Administration in 2018 for the treatment of two epilepsy disorders.[14] Since cannabis is a Schedule I controlled substance in the United States,[15] other CBD formulations remain illegal to prescribe for medical use or to use as an ingredient in foods or dietary supplements.[16]

So what is going on here? I have pulled tons of branches off the main plants and hung them in the surrounding tree's to dry, which beats doing in my small cottage, when this dries simply use as needed, neat idea right?
