Taking care of my sleeping issues....

I've been having troubles getting a good nights sleep for quite some time now....I have tried all kinds of different products, but nothing has seemed to help...

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine told me about CBD products, and all the things that this was said to have an effect on....One of these things were sleeping problems...

A glass of CBD Protein Powder Capsules

The capsules are THC-free, which means there will be no trouble with the law......

I've been taking thes for seven days now....and I'm actually beginning to get better nights...better sleep... Still not much, but it is going in the right direction....

As I'm being a total rookie concerning these products, I would like to hear from experienced users....What can I expect, other products and so on...

CBD definitely has a calming effect, although ingesting CBD may have a different effect than smoking/vaping it. I have a CBD vape pen at work that I take a hit off if I'm anxious and it seems to calm that part of my brain pretty quick.

I read an article recently that discussed how there are receptors in your stomach that are activated by both cannabinoids and capsaicin (compound in hot peppers), and having both CBD and spicy foods at the same time might have an enhanced effect, but I'm not qualified to know if that's true.

Vape pen, that sounds interesting...when I read this, I think about quicker relief.. Will definitely seek information on that one..
So maybe it's possible to boost the effect with peppers....

Looks like I'm mining around 12-15 WEED per day...not a lot, but actually a lot better than I thought...so I'm happy...I've also bought some WEED and powered it up...that gives me some more...
This is just the beginning🙂

I haven't tried any of these products, but I have heard that they actually help, and I will not hesitate to use them, if I ever get the need.
