Delware River Bay

I took a nice long walk and drive around the beaches of the Delaware river bay. I've driven parallel to the bay going down the shores hundreds of times on route 47, but I never actually ventured off and saw it until recently. These photos were all taken in Cape May County, New Jersey. The state of Delaware can sorta be seen in the very far horizon in a few photos. The only way to get there from that far South is by ferry.

I started my journey at Reed's Beach, and I ventured South. I stopped at several beaches at Miami Beach in Villas. There is a nudist beach somewhere in the area called Higbee Beach. I understand nudity is technically illegal there, but people do it anyway, and the cops don't go there. I saw signs for it, but my battery was low. I highly doubt anyone is naked outside this time of year. Of course I'll have lots more photos of the region in future posts. I can't wait to go back! Ever since I was a little kid, I've always liked exploring new places.
