World of Warcraft Classic Adventures Day #3: Addons and Deadmiens!
Today was a really entertaining day, I managed to play more than usual because the queues to get into the servers (yeah those are still a thing) are getting better thanks to some updates and increase in capacity of the servers by Blizzard, the game is really hot right now and it seems everyone wants a piece of the classic pie right now!
I managed to level up up to lvl 20, I did a run of the deadmines with a really amazing group and we managed to clear it all in under 2 hours, which is an achievement considering we were all undergeared but it was a worth run since Mr. Smite dropped his amazing 2 hander for me and boy, that basically made me a god.
For reference my previous 2 hand sword did 29-44 damage this bad boy? 55-83 thats right! The minimum damage of this bad boy is higher than the maximum damage of my previous weapon! With this sweet mace I'm basically a wrecking ball of destruction at least till level 25-30! Just look at this beauty!
It is truly a beauty! If you read the title, I also took some time to work on installing some interface addons to make the interface a bit more mother and to my liking, nothing major, it's all looks and aesthetics and information that doesn't really give me an edge, like how much dps everyone was doing and stuff. So far I'm really glad that I decided to make the jump into classic because these past couple of days I've been having the time of my life grouping of with people for questing and dungeons, helping out lost people find their way to quest and just chatting around on the general chat while questing.
Somehow since you know you're gonna be meeting the same people over and over again and that you will need groups to achieve your questing goals, you feel it is necessary to interact and make social connections with people so that they have you in mind the next time you or they need help which is really pretty fun and not at all like the automaton world of world of warcraft battle for azeroth... were you just press a button, are put into a group, finish everything and leave without even saying hi...
