My personal opinion
I am don't agree with it.
because
Population is the foundation of the economy
Population is the source of soldiers
American companies, why set up factories in foreign countries?
That is because foreign wages are low.
You can look at the American goods around you.
I bought it in the United States, and it is also a well-known brand in the United States. but I look closely them, those places of production is not the United States.
So if there are a lot of people, they come to the United States,
Why not happy?
We can let they to be concentrated in the same area.
Give some building,
Let them live in that area,
lower treatment / lower benefits / lower medical / higher taxes,
and
The residents of the new development zone do not have the status of a US citizen.
Just having the right to asylum in the United States,
They have to make enough contributions,
In order to obtain the status of a citizen.
I believe that American citizens will not be opposed.

The citizens are opposed,
It is because stowaways will take up US welfare/job opportunities/resources.
But if the United States provides a dedicated land,
Only give some help,
Let them live better than in the past, but not as good as Americans.
can shorten the gap between each other!

美國企業,為什麼要去外國設廠,還不是因為外國的工資低.
大家可以看看身邊的美國商品,
在美國買的,也是美國的知名品牌,仔細一看,產地都不是美囯.
所以,如果有大量的人,自己跑來美囯,
何樂不為呢?
可以將他們集中到同一塊區域,
給予部份的建設,
讓他們在那塊區域生活,
給予較低的待遇/較低的福利/較低的醫療/收取較高的稅收,
新開發區的區民並沒有美國公民的身分,
只是擁有美國庇護權的身分,
他們必須付出足夠的貢獻,
才能取得公民的身分.
相信美國公民就不太會反對了.

公民們之所以反對,
是因為偷渡者會占用掉美國的福利/工作機會/資源,
但若美國是提供專用地,
只給予部份的幫助,
讓他們過的比過去還要好,但又不如美國人,
豈不是,就可以縮短彼此之間的差距了!
糾紛就可以降低了.
