Hopefully all Steemians and respective families are OK and no tragedies have been reported. If so, my deepest sentiments. But let's not give up there and instead be critical on hygiene and if possible isolate to fight this Pandemic!

As you might already know, Europe is getting hammered... it is obvious that this is going to spread worldwide. US is probably going next, with the proliferation of the adjacent countries.

First case in New Zealand

That's it, first case just arrive here, in Auckland coming from Iran. I am not surprised to be honest. This was inevitable unfortunately.

All I hope is for it to be an isolated and promptly identified case like any other people, not potentially causing this a soon outbreak in #nz.

The other 3 🎯Sites?

Italy is getting scary by the extension it is causing. Apparently there are connections to Iran, which is even more scary. Then, South Korea where the explosion of cases is taking place, but on which I have somehow less worries about, being a country of super developed techs and strict policies.

When 💥Pandemic?

I keep saying it's already it, but because of the official results it can't be called that yet. I am sure there are lots of countries where this is taking place in a very high extensive progress, but due to panic contention efforts, governments decided to take ownership.

It will come. Be sure of it. But instead of forging panic, think what can you help with. Thing both economically and in the health aspect of it.

For example, I have pre-arranged some 'to be done' actions with my wife in case of need. Those will not need to be rehearsed if the worst happens. It's important to be prepared with a couple of children behind especially.

Problems with getting 🔬Sick?

I imagine that many will now be afraid to just show they are sick with consequences of potential racism or even prejudice of relationship with this virus.

This is probably a big deal for the spreading. I don't think it might be easy to fight this, and will probably be the reason why I say we are pandemic already.

If I get sick, with any other "normal" viral reason, I will wish to report that as soon as possible to my dear ones, workplace and if it comes to place for me to suspect there is something wrong or suspicion of this virus, the health authorities of New Zealand.

The worst thing is for a person to think its probably nothing and then it all can get worse for that person and the ones around it.

BE 🛡️SAfe!

Self isolate if you are sick and report any sick people you might think that can be potentially spreading the a virus (even if it's not COVID-19).
