Components

My suggestion relates to the tag section of the condenser.

Proposal description

When I first started on steemit, I used to believe that it is unnecessary to put so many tags for a post which can only be related to one or two topics. Little had I known that one day we will have so many tribes and that every tribe will have it's own tag to be used. Well, here we are after almost one and a half year, I fell short of tag space.
We simply cannot put more than 5 tags on a single post and with so many tribes around and the lure to earn more, I want to be able to put in more than 5 tags. I do know that the tribes support 10 tags but that also won't be enough considering the number of tribes that have been set up in such little time.
I therefore, want to suggest that there should be no restrictions on the number of tags we can use for a post. This will solve the issue of wanting to add more tags but not being able to.

Benefits

  • Cross posting on all relevant tribes.

Thank you for contributing again.
Yes, this problem has arized since SCOT tribes arrived on steemit. Some dapps allow you to enter more than 10 tags but on SCOT tribes, you can only enter 10 tags.
BTW, it is not cross posting, it occurs between two different chains. All these tribes are on a similar chain.

I was under the impression that adding a #tag in the body (even the top rewarded comment) of a post would tag that post as such, I may be mistaken though.
