Discounted Account Claim and Creation Tool Supports Steem Keychain

Just after Steem's HF20, I have made a GUI for then newly introduced discounted account creation token claim and account creation. To claim or create an account, users need to put their active key. Entering active key on a webpage from a stranger is a security risk. Now I have integrated Steem Keychain support which should reduce the risk significantly.

How to use

Claim account

Fill out your username, you'll see your available RC below the input box.
Check https://beempy.com/resource_costs to see how much a claim would cost. At the time of writing its around 5000 SP worth of RC.
Leave the Active Key field blank to use Steem Keychain and press enter or click the Claim account button.
You would see Steem Keychain confirmation window. Click Confirm.
If claiming was successful, you'll see a confirmation on the webpage too.

Create account

Enter the username you want to create.
Copy and save the password somewhere safe.
Enter your account in the creator account field.
If you want to delegate to the new account, enter the amount of SP.
Leave Active Key field blank, to use Steem Keychain
Press Create an account button and confirm Steem Keychain confirmation window.
You should see a confirmation on the webpage too.

Thank you for your contribution. This is a useful tool and easy to use - I have been looking for a while!

It would be nice to have a progress bar or some hints to showing that a broadcast operation is in progress, which warns the user not to press the button twice.
It would be nice to explain on the webpage (e.g. Step 1, Step 2) that you actually need to claim discounted accounts first then I can create accounts later.
a link to Steem Keychain would be nice.
currently, no errors are shown on the page (they are in console) if e.g. key error, or incorrect values entered in the field of delegation.

Using key chain tool shows an error but no details.

Am I right in thinking that you have to claim before a create? Or is it possible to create from the accounts already claimed since HF 20?

I'm excited to see a Keychain-based solution for claiming accounts!

Unfortunately, claiming accounts always seems to result in an error message: "There was an error broadcasting this transaction, please try again."

Keychain seems to work fine with other websites, so I'm not sure if it's a Keychain issue.

Hello, I am aware of the issue. If you have Firefox, please use Steem Keychain on Firefox. I am not sure why it doesn't work on Chrome.

I am not done with Steem. Most of my work/presence is behind the scene. I usually do not post unless I am dying to get something out. The website is under construction.

@zaku has been promoting your @bdexchange bot on the neoxian discord for https://neoxian.city and 2 steem a month to get access to who is making steem engine buy and sell orders seems fair but I would rather give you upvotes
