Well, I already knew that smoking is bad for health... but apparently it is even more dangerous nowadays when you go to the store to buy cigarettes...
On the other hand, if you have to be that far from the counter (and therefore from the cigarettes), it seems healthier to me... 😉
And no, I'm not laughing at all with this corona plague... I'm just trying to keep morale high.
Especially in these times humor is important and it is just about all I can offer... even at home.
A few days ago I told you that my wife works as a nurse in a rest home...
Well, today, on her day off, she was called up because another colleague has been corona-positive tested and thus quarantined. Since the beginning of the week, 3 residents have already died...
And to complete the picture, she suspects we are both probably positive too... (But I think / hope that's just paranoia)
So you see, a little humor is badly needed at the moment and... there are more dangerous things than smoking 😉
And don’t forget: keep on Hiving and STAY HOME!

I have quit smoking about 2 years ago and I feel so good since then 😁
But that's not what I wanted to say, although I did ;)
There are so many ways this virus can jump from one person to another and when you listen to several scientists or virologists you will hear some different opinions too.
So, there might be chances that your wife has got the virus because of her work, but this might only mean that you will have to be in quarantine for a few weeks with her - locked up together and no chance to go out ... my wife is somewhere behind me and I don't know if she looks over my shoulder what I am writing, so I cannot write what I am thinking, but I believe you know it anyway ;)
My mum has been smoking since I know her, and that's quite a long time, believe me ;) Because she is living in a small village with no shop she said that this virus gives her the chance to quit smoking ... and she has already searched through the whole house for cigarettes ... three times ... each day 😆

Things here are probably much the same as there. I don't expect schools to reopen which I'm okay with cause it keeps the kids safer. Husband works in a grocery store so he is still working. I worry about him since he has asthma and no spleen (lost spleen after car accident). The nursing home/rehabilitation center on my road has seven cases..five residents and two staff. The news says the next two weeks will be bad here but time will tell. I'm hoping they are wrong though. Take care and stay well!! 💕
