Recipient Feature - Unsung Heroes, Kenosis Home

Hello dear Steemians!

While we received surprised abundant donations of biscuits and rice cracker the past week, today we would like to introduce you to one of the outreach centers we are assisting.

Meet one of the movers and shakers of Kenosis Drug Rehab Centers.

One of its centers located in Klang near the port, the state of Selangor and catered to help the Chinese community, it struggles a lot when it comes to availability of food resources enough for its occupants.

Their limitation to help only an ethnic group due to communication problems has cause a few uproars of being race discrimination, but no one knows the struggles as they do their best to keep their center afloat, month to month.

Rehabs helping one another with house chores including cooking.

While we continuously assist them with support in food aid weekly, we hope that they are upheld in thoughts and prayers especially for the team who are sacrificially helping lost souls trapped in drug addiction to restart a new life.

To be able to take on caring for lost souls is never an easy task and never a short term process. It is a journey for these people to stand on their own and in return be a blessing back into the society.

Every monetary donation has been a great help for us to get raw ingredients and essential staple food such as rice to help this and many other centers who have registered as a recipient of the food bank.
