I seek thy face oh Lord

You have said, "Seek my face." My heart says to you, "Your face, LORD, do I seek." (Psalms 27:8)

Daily as I live
Day and night I seek the Lord
Daily as I breathe, my soul long for thee
Lord I long for the warm of your embers
In the warm of your arms I'm secured
They shall fall before me
And ten thousand more will I see fall by
Yet Lord non will stop me
You Lord shall preserve me
With thy mighty hands

You have instructed me to seek thee
Lord teach me the act of seeking
May I search thee from the books
For in thee lies wisdom that men seek
They search in vain with human knowledge
For the flesh profited nothing

Teach my heart to long for you
Only you can satisfy this desire
Help my unbelief
Take my heart , mind body and soul.
It's all yours to have

Hide not thy face from me
Take not your presence from me
Save me for you're my last hope.
My face shall behold thee o Lord reigning in righteousness
Subdue the flesh that the flesh won't glory in me.
