RE: Vegan Lemon-Berry Raw Cake

This looks yummy and so healthy. Also, I can't use my oven ( it gives me an electric shock ) and don't need one for this, so 1+1 = 2. Just need to get my hand on some maple leaf syrup, dates and nuts. You know what, I might actually make this for Christmas, when I'll be visiting my twin sister and her family.
