City Lights in the Night [Qurator's Photo Quest | Dim Light]

Good night, folks!

This is my entry for the Qurator's Photo Quest, hosted by @qurator. The theme for this week is Dim Light. 😊

It's not very common for me to take photos at night but sometimes it is worth it. When there's the right combination of light and darkness, there's a chance that a photo will come out well. It's a bit tricky, though, because many times the pictures look good enough on the small camera screen but after we open them on a PC, well... they go straight to the trash can. 🀭

This was not the case... this time the photo came out nicely. Dark, sure... but with a good amount of colour and contrast. I enjoyed the final result one this one.

This building is located somewhere in the city of San Francisco. However, it was taken many years ago and my memory is not that good. Thus, I haven't got a clue about it's exact location. πŸ™ƒ

I hope you enjoyed this photo... and don't be shy! Please join the contest, too! πŸ˜‰

It looks like the contest judges didn't like it, though... Out of 5 photos, they picked 3 as the winners, the other was as a special mention and mine was discarded. πŸ™„
