Fun facts:
Zak plays all the arpeggios and there are delays but no loops.
The sub bass towards the end will cause speaker-flap.
Pete wanted an organ, and behold, one appeared.
In the beginning this song was titled simply "One" and the heart was added subsequently to avoid any confusion with Metallica.
The Russian part is the "Whatever you wish" verse backwards.

Fun Facts:
Aeroplane is a tune composed in a non-standard guitar tuning.
It uses DADFCE and was the first tune George wrote upon moving to Prague.
Phil the Fiddle played some lovely soaring thermals in it during their frequent performances on the Charles Bridge.
When it was time to record the piece, no fiddle player was available, so Lucy did much of the same kind of thing on her 150-year-old blonde cello, which shook the whole room.

Initially this track was written more than 6 months ago as an exercise to complete a song no longer than 60 seconds. When it was finished,I had a notion of fleshing it out for another minute or so, to continue the story and perhaps bring a conclusion.

Amanda very kindly stepped up to sing in the second half of the song,even though life was attempting to get in the way of plans! Much obliged Amanda,without your input the song would have stayed at 60 seconds.

Fun Facts:
All of the guitar was played on the Ice Maiden, using the neck pickup. The player needs to use the fret-hand thumb as a fifth finger to hold down some of the chords.

The bass was played on The Plank in the early hours of the morning after an all-night session.

Or Maybe Not…? is a piece about uncertainty, the ending of one thing and the beginning of the next, fears and insecurities, and the notion that perhaps we never really know each other very well at all.
