Hola Hivers! Espero que se encuentren muy bien, no se ustedes pero en mi hogar es muy común tener siempre una rica merienda a eso de las 3 o 4 de la tarde, pero no les voy a mentir en mi caso ocurre algo un tanto gracioso y es que mi mama @ileart es repostera así que las meriendas jamás son las mismas, cada día varían y son sabrosas, pero este post trata de mis tres meriendas favoritas así que mencionare tres de ellas que a mi me fascinan !

Hello Hivers! I hope you are feeling well, I don't know about you but in my home it's very common to always have a delicious snack around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, but I'm not going to lie in my case something funny happens and that is that my mom @ileart is a pastry chef so the snacks are never the same, every day they vary and are tasty, but this post is about my three favorite snacks so I will mention three of them that fascinate me!

Torta marmoleada de vainilla y chocolate | Vanilla and chocolate marbled cake

Aunque su proceso de preparación sea un poco largo ya que se tienen que separar dos mesclas e ir uniéndolas disfruto cada parte de esta torta, me encanta la suavidad y esponjosidad que tiene ademas la combinación de sabores chocolate-vainilla es una exquisitez, la parte que mas disfruto de esta torta es la capa de arriba donde se concentra mas sabor y grasa, soy fanática de comer un buen trozo de esta pastel a cualquier hora del día.

Although its preparation process is a bit long as you have to separate two mixtures and go joining them I enjoy every part of this cake, I love the softness and fluffiness it has plus the combination of chocolate-vanilla flavors is a delicacy, the part I enjoy most of this cake is the top layer where more flavor and fat is concentrated, I'm a fan of eating a good piece of this cake at any time of the day.

Gelatina con cambur | Gelatin with cambur

A quien no le daban gelatina de merienda desde que éramos pequeños ? creo que es una merienda que jamás dejara de gustarnos o dejaremos de degustar, siempre me ha gustado la gelatina sobre todo el sabor a frambuesas pero suelo agregarle frutas ya que de esta manera se vuelve una merienda rica y al mismo tiempo saludable en la ocasión de la foto lo hice con cambur y la combinación de sabores es espectacular, la gelatina en si es buena por que nos ayuda a absorber el calcio y prevenir la pérdida ósea y el cambur nos aporta una gran cantidad de potasio así que es la merienda perfecta para todos los días.

Who hasn't been given jelly as a snack since we were little? I think it is a snack that we will never stop liking or stop tasting, I have always liked the jelly especially the raspberry flavour but I usually add fruits because in this way it becomes a rich snack and at the same time healthy on the occasion of the photo I did it with cambur and the combination of flavours is spectacular, the jelly itself is good because it helps us to absorb calcium and prevent bone loss and the cambur gives us a lot of potassium so it is the perfect snack for every day.

Esta es de las meriendas que mas disfruto sinceramente, un rico pan recién horneado y una cubierta de chocolate casera por encima es la merienda perfecta para mi, soy fanática del chocolate y el pan así que tener estas dos cosas juntas hace que siempre quiera comer esta merienda, la cubierta de chocolate que utilizo es hecha en casa solo mezclo en una pequeña olla caliente un poco de leche condensada y cacao para así crear una rica y deliciosa cubierta, es realmente sabrosa los invito a que intenten hacerlo en sus casas!

This is one of the snacks that I sincerely enjoy the most, a delicious freshly baked bread and a homemade chocolate topping on top is the perfect snack for me, I am a fan of chocolate and bread so having these two things together makes me always want to eat this snack, the chocolate topping I use is homemade I just mix in a small hot pot some condensed milk and cocoa to create a rich and delicious topping, it is really tasty I invite you to try to make it at home!
