Blast from the past - WRC Rally Portugal 2001

Hi, friends!

I remember this rally so good because that was my first season that I started driving some rallies so I just watched anything that could help to learn and to develop my driving skills.

WRC Rally Portugal from season 2001 was on the same roads as any other seasons which were always very dusty and sandy but that year so much rain felt that drivers were driving through the big mud.

Safety car was also stuck in the deep mud and we couldn't believe what was going on.

I remember Tommi Makinen with his Mitsubishi Lancer group A driving through that mud like through nothing. He was just always super quick.

Season 2001 was the season of Richard Burns and his Subaru when he won his WRC crown. It was fully equipped with huge battles with almost five or six different drivers able to win the crown.
