Hola amigos de hive, espero se encuentren súper bien💜. Hoy quiero hablarles un poco de una de mis series favoritas y específicamente de un episodio que me gusta demasiado.

Hello friends of hive, I hope you are feeling great. Today I want to tell you a little bit about one of my favorite series and specifically about an episode that I like too much.

La serie lleva por nombre "Sex and the city" y es de esas series que llevan muchos años al aire por la gran receptividad del público fanático. En forma general la serie trata acerca de cuatro amigas jovenes que viven en la ciudad de New York y lidian con situaciones amorosas, entre estás encontrar al hombre indicado, relaciones tóxicas, buenos y malos momentos entre otras. Algo importante además es que tal ha sido el éxito de esta serie que ya siendo adultas las protagonistas realizaron dos películas muy exitosas, que por cierto también me encantan.

The series is called "Sex and the City" and it is one of those series that have been on the air for many years due to the great receptivity of the public. In general, the series is about four young friends who live in New York City and deal with love situations, including finding the right man, toxic relationships, good and bad times, among others. Something important is that the success of this series has been such that as adults the protagonists made two very successful movies, which by the way I also love.

En cuanto al episodio en específico que quiero hablarles se trata de una escena en particular dónde Carrie "protagonista principal" está sentada en la cama con su novio de muchos años leyendo un libro, además para ponerlos en contexto están próximos a casarse por tanto están en los preparativos de la "boda", por lo que ella empieza a leerle unos fragmentos específicos del libro "Cartas de amor de hombres ilustres volumen I" a su novio.

As for the specific episode I want to talk about, it is about a particular scene where "Carrie" the main protagonist is sitting in bed with her boyfriend of many years reading a book, and to put them in context they are about to get married so they are preparing for the "wedding", so she begins to read some specific fragments of the book "Love Letters of Illustrious Men Volume I" to her boyfriend.

Luego de esto y de manera aleatoria busca entre las páginas del libro algo para leer y encuentra un fragmento de una carta de amor que hasta los momentos a sido mi favorita si hablamos de literatura:

Ludwing van Beethoven

Esta cita específicamente es del pianista y compositor Ludwing Van Beethoven y pertenece a su carta "Amada inmortal". Ésta hermosa carta fue encontrada junto con el Testamento de Heiligenstadt, entre los papeles que dejó el maestro Beethoven al morir y representa una gran explosión de sentimientos apasionados dirigidos hacia una mujer desconocida😍.

This quote is specifically from the pianist and composer Ludwing Van Beethoven and belongs to his letter "Immortal Beloved". This beautiful letter was found together with the Heiligenstadt Testament, among the papers left by the master Beethoven at his death and represents a great explosion of passionate feelings directed towards an unknown woman.

En general no soy de leer muchos libros sin embargo, estoy muy Felíz de haberme topado con esta hermosa cita viendo este capítulo de "Sex and the city". Además, cuando a penas lo escuché investigue por internet y busqué la carta completa, quedando totalmente conmovida por ser fiel creyente del amor en todas sus formas y facetas.

In general I don't read a lot of books, however, I am very happy to have stumbled upon this beautiful quote while watching this episode of "Sex and the city". Also, when I heard it I did some research on the internet and looked up the whole letter, and I was totally moved because I am a true believer of love in all its forms and facets.
