Po krótce dzisiejszy dzień wyglądał tak, że rano na rowerze do centrum Katowic, a potem ok 14 pociągiem do Gliwic na spotkanie i stamtąd do domu rowerkiem. Spotkanie się przeciągnęło. Wystrzeliłem z niego, jak z procy, do kibla, żeby się przebrać i ruszyć do domu, bo głód zaglądał mi w oczy. Jechałem tak sfokusowany, że zapomniałem robić zdjęć Gliwic. Opamiętałem się dopiero w Zabrzu. Zabrze to piękne poniemieckie miasto, które w dużej mierze zostało dotknięte negatywnymi skutkami transformacji. Nie chciałem pokazywać slumsów, udało mi się złapać parę ciekawych kadrów.

In simple words, the plan looked like coming to Katowice centre by bike, later on at about 2pm taking the train to Gliwice and coming back home on bike. The meeting took longer than anticipated. I bursted out (firstly to toilet to change into sport clothes) and head out home because 'famine' was pursuing me. I was so focused on the way I forgot to take any photos of Gliwice. I came to my senses in Zabrze. Zabrze was a beautiful German city that had felt a lot of negative fallouts of the economy transformation. I didn't want to show you slums (not real ones, I mean decayed city infrastructure), yet I found some diamonds.
