When we are stressed or experience anxiety depending on the person in addition to discouragement they may experience lack of appetite, insomnia, nervousness, dizziness or nausea.

What do you think causes us to associate mental with physical symptoms?

If you feel physically fit then your mental health will always be good that's what I have felt. Why because when you are physically active you tend to forget any stress, that's why if I feel stressed out wither I do meditation or go for a walk

Sounds very logical, definitely each person has his or her own way of dealing with stress, although analyzing it well while we are in physical activity we expel a certain amount of endorphins

That's true, and thus as a person, we should know what makes you feel stressed

Speaking of stress, two years ago I did a research project (required for graduation from high school) on "Art Therapy Strategies to Address Stress through the Use of Creativity". Very soon I will share about my research experience in blog and I will write in a understandable way about the importance of this topic, if you are interested I hope you come by soon, a greeting
