I mostly agree, it was a bad .... correct that, very bad move.

As you noted, Ned not voting with the stake he attained was just a promise that was not legaly binding. If someone has a legal document saying otherwise that would be something different.

It seems as if some are holding Neds promises to Justin Sun to maintain which also isn't fair. The moment Ned sold his stake and STEEMIT his (Ned) promise and vision for Steemit ended. Ned's Steemit is gone, now we have Justin Sun's Steemit ........ and Justin Sun isn't liable to maintain the promises Ned made.
