Hola queridos amigos de Hive. Hoy me uno a la dinámica que se esta desarrollando en de la comunidad #TeamPause, liderado por @Elpausero y @arlettemsalase, quien es mencionada como líder de equipo en Telegram.

El propósito de esta comunidad es incentivarlos a crear contenido original, y reconocer el valor de nuestro voto por más pequeño que sea. En lo personal estas últimas semanas he aprendido, en distintas comunidades, que es muy importante publicar nuestros post en plataformas como twitter y reconocer lo esencial que es contribuir en la plataforma de Hive, ya que no todo se debe tratar de conseguir recursos para retirarlos de la plataforma blockchain.

Debo mencionar que si a tu poder de voto aun le falta tomar fuerza esta comunidad te ayudará a comenzar a crecer porque todos estaremos juntos en el proceso. La idea de @Teampause es fortalecer nuestros criterios de curación y por eso han creado la iniciativa de realizar una publicación y usar el tag #Rules4Voting.

¡Comencemos!

Primero quisiera mencionarles un poco de mi historia en las plataformas blockchain. Hace dos años ingrese a steemit, me iba muy bien para ser nueva. Me enganche fácilmente con la plataforma porque me gusto la idea de aportar algo. Lo cierto es que por motivos personales y a raíz de pocos recursos vacie mi cuenta y no volví a publicar en mucho tiempo (un grave error). Hace unos meses retome mi blog pero esta vez en Hive, a raíz de la bifurcación que ocurrió. Esta vez el proceso ha sido mejor, la experiencia es increíble, no en el sentido monetario sino que he conocido mejor a los usuarios gracias a aplicaciones como Discord y Telegram. No todo se trata del dinero, todo debe tener un equilibrio.

Actualmente un porcentaje de mi voto está en colaboración con el trail de curación en @Mayvileros ¿Por qué? No siempre me queda el tiempo para curar en base a mis criterios, por eso le confié mi voto a la administradora @Mayvil. Conozco a la comunidad desde mis comienzos y se que es alguien que se esfuerza por ayudarnos y crecer todos constantemente en Hive. Ya tiene mi voto de confianza. Admito que ha sido un reto dividir el tiempo entre mi trabajo, la responsabilidad en casa y hive, pero la meta se está logrando. En cuanto tengo tiempo me conecto en Discord, Telegram para conocer a mis compañeros y hacer algunas curaciones.

A pesar de que el tiempo sea limitado me fascina Hive y es por eso que cuando hago curaciones lo primero que busco son contenidos creativos, visualmente atractivos, con reflexiones, enseñanzas y sobre todo que se esfuercen, por mejorar cada día. Me gusta que se note que le están poniendo ganas en crear contenido. El último detalle y para mi muy importante, es que sean personas que participen en Discord o Telegram, que aunque no puedan estar siempre activos de igual forma se les note el interés por participar y que dejen comentarios de vez en cuando en los post de otros usuarios.

Let's get started!

First I'd like to mention a little of my history on the blockchain platforms. Two years ago I joined steemit, I was doing very well for a new. I got hooked easily on the platform because I liked the idea of contributing something. The truth is that for personal reasons and due to a lack of resources I emptied my account and did not publish again for a long time (a serious mistake). A few months ago I restarted my blog but this time in Hive, because of the fork that happened. This time the process has been better, the experience is incredible, not in the monetary sense but I have known better the users thanks to applications like Discord and Telegram. Not everything is about money, everything must have a balance.

Currently a percentage of my vote is in collaboration with the healing trail in @Mayvileros. Why? I don't always have the time to heal based on my criteria, so I entrusted my vote to the administrator @Mayvil. I have known the community since my beginnings and I know that she is someone who strives to help us all grow constantly in Hive. She already has my vote of confidence. I admit that it has been a challenge to divide time between my work, responsibility at home and Hive, but the goal is being achieved. As soon as I have time I connect in Discord, Telegram to meet my colleagues and do some healing.

Even though time is limited I am fascinated by Hive and that is why when I do healings the first thing I look for is creative content, visually attractive, with reflections, teachings and above all to make an effort to improve every day. I like that you can see that they are putting desire in creating content. The last detail and for me very important, is that they are people who participate in Discord or Telegram, that although they can not always be active in the same way, they are interested in participating and leave comments from time to time in the posts of other users.

Me gustan tus criterios, excepto el de Discord o Telegram. ¿Por qué? Hay personas que no pueden, no quieren o no saben cómo usarlos. Por eso, en mi caso, valoro más que sea activo en Hive. (además de otras cosas, claro está).

Me gusta que se note que le están poniendo ganas en crear contenido.

Me quedo con esto que mencionas. Eso lo valoro mucho, ver que alguien le ponga ganas, que le ponga cariño al asunto.

Gracias por comentar. Comprendo tu argumento, es muy cierto. Yo lo veo desde el punto de vista en el que también trato de estar un poco activa en dichas redes y se facilita conocer la actividad y contenido de otros usuarios.

Oye, esto me parece genial, estoy atento a más, yo quiero hacer contenido de calidad relacionado con mi nickname y mi experiencia de vida, pero se que de seguro les llamara la atencion.. me recomiendas comunidades para unirme, para compartir lo mejor posible mis posts?
