PREPARANDO MIS PROPIAS HAMBURGUESAS//PREPARING MY OWN HAMBURGERS [ESP/ING]
INGREDIENTES
300 gramos de carne de res. ( Magra, sin grasa)
1 rama de cebollín
1 rama de cilantro
1 aji dulce
Ajos
Comino
Sal
PREPARACIÓN PASO A PASO

Hello dear friends of the @foodiesbeehive community.
With this Covid-19 thing it's been a long time since my family and I, we don't eat out.
I confess something to you, I love to eat hamburgers in the very Venezuelan style of the streets of hunger, big, double and with lots of sauces.
But well, I decided that I wasn't going to stop myself from eating a hamburger even if it was homemade, and my daughter had already been asking me for weeks to make her a hamburger.
Here is my recipe
INGREDIENTS
300 grams of beef. (lean, without fat)
1 sprig of chives
1 branch of cilantro
1 sweet chili pepper
Garlic
Cumin
Salt
STEP BY STEP PREPARATION
Chop all the seasonings finely.
Crush the garlic in a mortar. Add to the meat and add a teaspoon of cumin and salt to taste.
Knead the meat well so that all the ingredients are well integrated.
We form four balls with the meat, and to form the hamburgers we use plastic wrap, in this case I used a well washed plastic bag.
Place a ball of meat in half of the bag, close with the other half and flatten the meat until obtaining a disk of the desired thickness.
Previously we heat a frying pan and grease the bottom, when it is hot we place the hamburger meat and when it is cooked on one side we turn it over and wait for it to cook as well. Repeat the steps with all the meat balls.
Once they are all cooked, set aside.
For the stuffing we cut a large tomato and an onion into rounds.
We use tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard.
In addition, if you wish, fry an egg for the filling.
We assemble our hamburger:
We cut the bread in two covers, we add sauces of preference of each diner we place either the meat and on top the tomato and onion wheels and the fried egg, we add more sauces and cover with the cover of the bread.
Our homemade hamburgers are ready.
They may not be as good as the ones in the famous hunger streets, but I assure you that they are delicious.
I hope you are encouraged to make your own hamburgers with the ingredients of your choice, and treat yourselves as a family. It will be quick and fun.
