In this publication I follow the project published in my previous post which is titled: [ENG] DESIGN OF AN INTENSIVE SYSTEM FOR EGG PRODUCTION. This publication presents the design and descriptive memory of a shed for the breeding of laying hens.
En la presente publicación doy continuación al proyecto publicado en mi post anterior el cual se titula: [ESP] DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA INTENSIVO PARA PRODUCCIÓN DE HUEVOS. En dicha publicación se presenta el diseño y la memoria descriptiva de un galpón para la cría de gallinas ponedoras.
On this occasion I share the design of a shed for breeding and lifting chickens. It should be noted that this structure envisages a greater area of construction.
En esta oportunidad les comparto el diseño de un galpón para cría y levante de pollonas. Cabe destacar que esta estructura contempla una mayor área de construcción.
Both designs belong to the project of intensive egg production system for consumption.
Ambos diseños pertenecen al proyecto de sistema intensivo de producción de huevos para el consumo.
As a very extensive project, I will divide it into several publications so as not to saturate the posts.

The shed they observed below allows the implementing of a chicken breeding and lifting system for replacement on the farm and for sale to producers in the area.
El galpón que observaran a continuación permite la implementar un sistema de cría y levante de pollonas para el remplazo en la granja y para la venta a los productores de la zona.

Without further saying, I start the description of the shed.

Sin mas que decir, doy inicio de la descripción del galpón.
Dimensions.
- Width: 15 mts.
- Length: 130 mts.
- Total area: 1950 m2.
- Height on the sides: 3.70 mts the lowest part and 5.30 mts the highest.
Dimensiones.
- Ancho: 15 mts.
- Largo: 130 mts.
- Superficie total: 1950 m2.
- Altura en los laterales: 3.70 mts la parte más baja y 5.30 mts la más alta.
Infrastructure.
The proposed foundations are 2 axes of isolated foundations every 5 mts along the shed, at a depth not less than 1.5 mts and on a pike base 10 centimeters thick.
Infraestructura.
Los cimientos propuestos son 2 ejes de fundaciones aisladas cada 5 mts a lo largo del galpón, a una profundidad no menor a 1,5 mts y sobre una base de piedra picada de 10 centímetros de espesor.
The elements that make up the infrastructure, which have the same dimensions as the previous post are:

- Riostra beam

Super structure
As for the structure of the shed, it will be built with structural steel profiles, which have the following dimensions:
Columns. 100x100x3
Beams. 140x60x3
Straps. 80x40x3
Anchor plates. 25x25x6 with 4 bolts of 3/4" by 0.50 mts.
Super estructura.
En cuanto a la estructura del galpón, este sera construido con perfiles de acero estructural, los cuales poseen las siguientes dimensiones:
Columnas. 100x100x3
Vigas. 140x60x3
Correas. 80x40x3
Planchas de anclaje. 25x25x6 con 4 pernos de 3/4" por 0.50 mts.
The entire structure will be with welded joints except for the anchorage that will be made in a bolted way.
The structure in general will be coated with anti-corrosive background and subsequently its respective metallic enamel.
Toda la estructura será con uniones soldadas excepto el anclaje que se hará de forma apernada.
La estructura en general será revestida con fondo anticorrosivo y posteriormente su respectivo esmalte metálico.
Ceiling cover: steel, asphalt and aluminum sheets, wavy profile, thickness 2 mm acerolit type fastened with hooks.
Masonry: block wall with height of 3.70 mts. With wet panels on the front and the end will have fan-like extractors.
Slab: made up of 6x6 galvanized steel mesh, fc 250 kgf/cm2 concrete at 28 days. Width. 15m, Length. 130m, thickness 10cm.
Cubierta de techo: laminas de acero, asfalto y aluminio, perfil ondulado, espesor= 2 mm tipo acerolit sujetas con ganchos.
Mampostería: pared de bloque con altura de 3,70 mts. Con paneles húmedos en la parte frontal y la parte final tendrá extractores tipo ventiladores.
Losa: conformada por malla truckson 6x6, concreto Fc 250 kgf/cm2 a los 28 días. Ancho. 15m, Longitud. 130m, espesor 10cm.
