어제도 걷기운동을 하면서 만보달성 했습니다
날씨도 좋고 걷기도 좋았습니다
공원 걷기운동을 하는데 물레방아도 돌고 나름 즐겁게 보냈고요
더워서 운동 후에 샤워를 해서 시원 했습니다.
오늘은 월요일 이제 시작하네요.
