El tema de hoy, es de gran interés, el cual toca, a nuestros valiosos Docentes, Formadores, Instructores, Maestros, como les llamemos, su gran espíritud de vocación es igual, con ese sentir de abnegacion y dedicación esmerada, con su propósito de misión, por transmitir "Conocimientos" y "Enseñar" a la humanidad.

A greeting to the whole Hive Community, it is a pleasure for me.

Today's subject is of great interest, which touches our valuable Teachers, Formators, Instructors, Masters, as we call them, their great vocation spirit is the same, with that feeling of abnegation and careful dedication, with their mission purpose, to convey "Knowledge" and "Teaching" to mankind.

En Venezuela,el 15 de Enero, se le da especial reconocimiento, a la valiosa labor del Docente, que cumple diversos roles en su especialidad.
Particularmente, quiero enfocarme en nuestros Docentes Músicos, que por diversas razones, han tenido que lidear, día a día, con el Flagelo de la "Pandemia", que viene generando una honda tristeza y gran desolación, minimizando en parte, la labor presencial del Docentes, en las distintas Instituciones Educativas, labor que si bien, se ha visto afectada,por el Covid-19, no empaña su condición de brindar el servicio fundamental, que es, "Enseñar"a nuestros Alumnos, pero que poco a poco,a pesar de las dificultades, se ha venido retomando, las riendas en la Educación, con las nuevas propuestas, innovadoras, de las "Herramientas Tecnológicas" Educativas.

In Venezuela, on January 15, special recognition is given to the valuable work of teachers, who fulfill diverse roles in their specialty. Particularly, I want to focus on our Musical Teachers, who for diverse reasons, have had to deal, day after day, with the Flagellum of the "Pandemic", that comes generating a deep sadness and great desolation, minimizing in part, the face-to-face labor of the Teachers, in the different Educational Institutions, labor that although has been affected by Covid-19, does not tarnish its condition of providing the fundamental service, which is "Teaching" our students, but that little by little, despite the difficulties, has been taking back the reins in education, with new proposals, innovative, the "Technological Tools" Education.

Es por esto, que hoy quiero rendir un clamoroso 'Homenaje" a la destacada labor meritoria, de Miles de músicos, que a Nivel Regional, Nacional e inclusive, Internacional, se viene desplegando, a lo largo y ancho del territorio, con su destacada labor profesional. En nuestro país Venezuela, este digno(a), trabajador(a), que nace con esa gran "Vocación de Servicio", que le caracteriza, con esa convicción e importancia, de buscar los medios, que permitan cultivar y preparar intelectualmente las emociones de ese escenario,donde circundan sus alumnos,con la finalidad, de transmitir "Conocimientos" y de "Enseñar Valores", para preparar excelentes profesionales, en el quehacer musical y en cualquier ámbito profesional que se le asigne.

For this reason, today I want to pay a resounding "Tribute" to the outstanding work of thousands of musicians who, at the regional, national and even international level, have been performing their outstanding professional work throughout the country. In our country Venezuela, this worthy, hard-working person, who was born with that great "Vocation of Service", which characterizes him, with that conviction and importance, to look for the means, which allow to cultivate and to prepare intellectually the emotions of that scene, where his students surround, with the purpose, to transmit "Knowledge" and "To teach Values", to prepare excellent professionals, in the musical task and in any professional scope that is assigned to him.

El Educador Musical, pone de manifiesto sus sentimientos,expresando en sus alumnos, el lenguaje Universal de la musical, cuyo papel fundamental de ser 'Maestro de Música", es preparar a los seres humanos, como buenos ciudadanos, que desarrollen, sus actitudes, aptitudes y potencialidades musicales, para el trabajo, discernimiento de Conocimientos del saber, cultivando valores, para una vida plena, de su personalidad y desenvolvimiento, hacia el "Campo Laboral Musical".

The Musical Educator, shows his feelings, expressing in his students, the universal language of music, whose fundamental role of being "Music Teacher", is to prepare human beings, as good citizens, to develop their attitudes, skills and musical potential for the work, discernment of knowledge, cultivating values for a full life, their personality and development towards the "Musical Workplace.

Es el Maestro de Música, que motiva, "La Superación Del Ser Humano", en el ámbito diverso de la música, incursionando en la lectura de diversos textos escritos, por genuinos escritores, que han dejado, en la mente de los seres humanos, un gran potencial de discernir y ponerlo en práctica a través de un instrumento musical ejecutado o el instrumento vocal, entonado. Quiero especificar la actuación de 4 ejemplos de ese "Maestro", con "Vocación" y "Abnegacion", que han dejado, una profunda huella en mi vida, marcando, mi existencia musical y que hoy, quiero hacerles un tributo especial, recordándolos, como "Excelentes Maestros" de "Saberes Musicales", ellos son:

I want to specify the performance of 4 examples of this "Master", with "Vocation" and "Abnegation", that have left, a deep mark in my life, marking, my musical existence and that today, I want to make a special tribute to them, remembering them, as "Excellent Masters" of "Musical Knowledge", they are:

1 . El Maestro Moisés Abel Magallanes Ledezma,mi Padre, por el cual, siento una profunda admiración, por su destacada "Labor Musical", en la "Enseñanza", desde el hogar, excelente "Músico", Trompetista y Director Musical, de agrupaciones Bailables a Nivel Nacional e Internacional. Este Maestro , fue mi primer Profesor en el Estudio, del Instrumento Trompeta,me inició en el estudio, del Lenguaje Musical(teoría o simbología musical), guío mis inicios como trompetista, en agrupaciones musicales Bailables y Bandas Regionales.

1 . Master Moisés Abel Magallanes Ledezma, my Father, for whom I feel a deep admiration, for his outstanding "Musical Work", in the "Teaching", from home, excellent "Musician", Trumpeter and Musical Director, of Dance groups at National and International level. This teacher was my first teacher in the study of the trumpet instrument, I started studying the musical language (musical theory or symbolism), I guide my beginnings as a trumpet player in dance music groups and regional bands.

Maestro Amable Alfonso Sánchez
Músico Clarinetista /Saxofonistas, con experiencia en Bandas. Fué mi Maestro, en la preparación de la 2da etapa de mis Estudios Musicales. Fué un exitoso Director de Bandas Militares y Bandas del Estado,en el Táchira. Siendo Director de la Banda Filarmónica Experimental Del Estado Táchira, me dió la oportunidad, de ingresar, como trompetista principal, en la Banda Experimental del Estado Táchira. Prestigiosa Institución Musical, que aún, hoy en día, se mantiene.

Amable Master Alfonso Sánchez Clarinetist/Saxophone player, with experience in bands. He was my teacher, in the preparation of the 2nd stage of my Musical Studies. He was a successful Director of Military Bands and State Bands, in the Táchira. As Director of the Banda Filarmónica Experimental del Estado Táchira, he gave me the opportunity to join, as main trumpet player, the Banda Experimental del Estado Táchira. This is a prestigious musical institution that still exists today.

El Maestro José Antonio Abreu,creo: El Modelo de Enseñanza Educativa, para el Sistema de Orquesta Sinfónica y Coros Juveniles e Infantiles, a Nivel Nacional e Internacional, lo cual fue un éxito, para la Enseñanza Musical, en las Orquestas Sinfónicas. 2 . Creo el Programa Nacional Simón Bolívar, que abarcan todas las Escuelas a Nivel Nacional, dando formación "Musical", a los estudiantes de Nivel Inicial y Primaria.

Maestro José Antonio Abreu, created: The Model of Educational Teaching, for the System of Symphonic Orchestra and Youth and Children's Choirs, at a National and International level, which was a success, for the Teaching of Music, in the Symphonic Orchestras. 2 . He created the Simon Bolivar National Program, which covers all schools nationwide, giving "musical" training to elementary and primary students.

Con este Sistema, el Maestro José Antonio Abreu,me permitió:
1 . Fundadora del Sistema de Orquestas y Coros, Infantiles y Juveniles en el Estado Táchira
2 . Fundadora de la "Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil del Táchira, como integrante, de la fila principal del Instrumento Trompeta.
2 . Creación del Núcleo Puente Real, Institución, que da una asistencia Educativa Musical a niños,jóvenes y adultos, de escasos recursos económicos, en la Comunidad de Puente Real y Áreas Cercanas.
2 . Creación de Agrupaciones Musicales: Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil, la Orquesta Típica "Alma Llanera" y Coros Juveniles,Infantiles y Adultos, la cual, hoy día, soy la Coordinadora del Núcleo de Puente Real, llevando a cabo, estos Programas Musicales, a la Comunidad de Puente Real y Áreas Cercanas a Nivel Regional.

Maestro Orlando Paredes:Catedrático en la Especialidad del Instrumento Trompeta,egresado del Conservatorio de Caracas, ingresa como Instrumentista de "Trompeta Solista",en la Banda del Estado, Marco Antonio Rivera Useche,es Profesor de la Cátedra de ' trompeta en La Escuela De Música "Miguel Ángel
Espinel",Fundador del Sistema de Orquesta Táchira, Profesor "Académico' de Trompeta" ,del Sistema de Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil Puente Real y a Nivel Nacional.

3 . Master Orlando Paredes: Professor in the Specialty of the Trumpet Instrument, graduated from the Conservatory of Caracas, enter as a "Trumpet Soloist" in the State Band, Marco Antonio Rivera Useche, is Professor of the Chair of ' trumpet in the School of Music "Miguel Angel Espinel",Founder of the Táchira Orchestra System, "Academic' Trumpet Professor The Youth Symphony Orchestra System of Puente Real and at a National Level.
