My Actifit Report Card: August 27, 2020 — From Office to Home
A very good day to exercise. So I decided to walk home from the office. Because today's climate is not as hot as it used to be.
The air is not that hot anymore and it has a mixture that is a little cold in the air, so it is easier to breathe unlike the past two weeks.
I'm not too tired anymore but the sweat coming out of my body is still the same. I no longer breathe too much and gasp for my breath. Probably because of the slight coldness of the air. And the beautiful scenery is also a big help to lighten and relieve my tiredness.
Honestly, I even planned it yesterday because Friday is our day off. So the bag I brought was a sling bag, to make it easier to carry, and one more thing, my bag does not have very important contents except for the cable charger and my IDs.
I really prepared myself today so I didn't really eat much. I only had coffee in the morning and water and bread at noon.
So when I got home, I just rested for a while and took off my clothes and sweated dry. And I took a bath and ate PUTO with LECHE PLAN cooked by my wife @arrliinn.
